#445 Address bar colour in root mode needs fixing.

libfm (303)

pcmanfm sets in root mode the address bar backgroud colour to the one set to the tooltip background but leaves the text colour in the address bar with its normal colour instead of usind the text colour for the tooltip. This causes sometimes to have a black text over a black backgroud, like in Lubuntu's gtk theme.
So it should either set both the address bar background AND the text to tooltip's colours or leave it with the gtk theme's defaults (it already puts that warning icon in the address bar).
