#382 Non-UTF8 filenames in libfm

pcmanfm with libfm shows filenames as garbage when they are not in UTF8.
Attached patch solves some problems:
- showing filenames in pcmanfm
- copying files via clipboard (copy-and-paste)

patch was made against libfm-0.11.4

    I believe this issue is fixed in libfm in current Git repository. Unfortunately I cannot test it myself as I have utf-8 everywhere. But at least all issues from your patch were fixed some time ago. Feel free to reopen the report with additional info if there is some.
