#1151 thumbnails not working for arithmetic JPEGS

For a few weeks now pcmanfm has not been generating thumbnails for specifically arithmetic encoded jpegs anymore. I have a collection of around 30,000. To be specific, progressive or baseline encoded jpeg are OK its just arithmetic ones that recently don't seem to work anymore. I have been using pcmanfm for a number years and thumbnails have always worked for me whether arithemtic encoded or not. Manually opening a arithmetic encoded jpeg within pcmanfm works fine in other applications I have such as feh, gimp, chafa, chromium or mupdf etc. I also can see there is nothing new being generated in .cache/thumbnails for these types of JPEGs.
