#1099 Moving files into folders not reliably working when One-Click is activated

PacManFM-Qt 0.14.1
Lubuntu 19.10 with LXQt 0.14.1

When I activate "Single click to activate items" in the Keyboard and Mouse Settings I have difficulties to move a file by mouse drag and drop from one place into a folder. Most often the file is not moved after releasing the mouse button. But sometimes it works after trying several times. I was not able to detect any rule when it works and when not. I all cases I move the file over the folder, wait until the folder gets marked and release the mouse button.
When I deactivate the "Single Click" option this problem doesn't occur.
