On mounted volume, there is difference between the name of the shortcut in the places window , and the shortcut on the desktop (when the option to show mounted volume is enable).

For example, if I mount the "multimedia" directory on my server (called "NAS"), the name of the shortcut on the place windows is "multimedia on NAS", which is correct. However, on the desktop, the icon is named "/", and when I click on it, it shows the correct path ("multimedia"), but with the incorrect name on the address bar : smb://NAS/ (instead of smb://NAS/multimedia).

Thank you very much. This issue should be mostly fixed now in libfm GIT, except for path bar, since path bar should show path, not labels, otherwise it becomes impossible to use it (navigate and fast change dir), it will be "just for show" thing which is not what path bar is designed for. So I mean root of smb://NAS/ should be shown in path bar as root, while label will be "multimedia on NAS" or whatever. If smb://NAS/multimedia is shown in path bar then it should be possible to navigate up to smb://NAS/ and if that isn't possible (if that multimedia actually is a root folder) then it should be exactly entered there as root directory.
