Just comitted:

P::System::MimeType - slightly different interface (no file extensions). 
Container-friendly, via operator< and operator==.

P::System::MimeTypeDb - a non-singleton db. This type provides the file 
extension-to-MimeType mapping which used to be part of MimeType.

Dependencies: System::PathFinder

It compiles and links, but is untested.
