I just posted the 0.2b sources for the pcirlinc library. This will allow irsend and irlearn to build properly (irsend failed to link against the 0.1a library due to some function name changes in libpcirl.a).

I have posted my in-progress communications protocol guide into the project documentation area. It will be updated as time allows.
