#25 problem with non ASCII chars in labels

Characters such as ěščřžýáíé, greek letters, german languages umlauts didnt display correctly unless we used the foxy_utf8_to_nce() suggested at http://php.net/manual/en/function.imagettftext.php#57416 ... sofar we weren't able to identify the originator of this bug (may also be because of badly linked gd and freetype libraries, php itself and its long lasting problems with utf, or something on pchart) ... we totally failed to display hiragana/katakana/hangul or chinese hanzi. Feedback appreciated.
