+	<h3>PCGen Data Development: Publisher Permissions</h3>
+
+	<p>This is a listing of the permissions requested and their current status. 
+		It should be noted that PCGen only includes material that is covered by the 
+  		OGL unless permission is otherwise granted by the publisher. And though 
+  		permission is not needed to use OGC it is PCGen's policy to seek permission 
+  		from and comply with the wishes of the publishers. Not all of the publishers 
+  		listed here have data included in PCGen at this time (see the Books in PCGen 
+  		link on the navtree) but many are eager to see their work included in the 
+  		program.</p>
+	
+	<h4>PCGen Data Inclusion policy </h4>
+
+	<p>The following is PCGen&#8217;s policy on including data for distribution. </p>
+
+	<blockquote> 
+	<p>1. PCGen&#8217;s publisher liaison team contacts the publisher and asks for 
+    		permission to include one or more of their sources in PCGen&#8217;s distribution.</p>
+	<p>2. If the publisher agrees, they will be asked if they wish to do a final review of the dataset before it is released. </p>
+	<p>3. If no final review is required </p>
+		<blockquote> 
+			<p>a. The data monkeys will work on the dataset. </p>
+			<p>b. No portion of the dataset may be included unless it first goes through the OGL team to make sure that it complies with the OGL and with the publisher&#8217;s declaration of PI and OGC. </p>
+		</blockquote>
+  		<p>4. If a final review is required </p>
+		<blockquote> 
+			<p>a. The dataset must be completely entered </p>
+			<p>b. The dataset must go through internal quality assurances </p>
+			<p>c. The dataset must go through the OGL team </p>
+			<p>d. The dataset is then provided to the publisher </p>
+			<p>e. If the publisher deems it complete and ready for inclusion, then it will be added to PCGen&#8217;s distribution. </p>
+			<p>f. If the publisher has issues with the dataset, those issues are corrected, and the process repeats with 4b.</p>

+	</blockquote>
+
+	<h4>Permissions - Explanation</h4>
+
+	<blockquote>
+		<p>The following are the permission types that PCGen uses with most publisher agreements:</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>Full Permission:</strong> The entire product can be put in as a dataset.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>OGC+Title:</strong> PCGen can include only the Open Content, as defined by the OGL and the sources OGC Declaration, in the distributed package and will use the source title, designated by the OGL as Prduct Identity, for dataset identification.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>OGC Only:</strong> PCGen can include only the Open Content as defined by the OGL and the sources OGC Declaration, in the distributed package.  Current PCGen policy is not to include this material in released datasets.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>Publisher Review Required:</strong> The publisher shall review the dataset before being distrinuted as part of a PCGen release.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>No Review Required:</strong> PCGen can put the dataset into production without a review from the publisher.</p>
+		<p>Other Permissions are hopefully self explanatory.</p>

+	<h4>Distribution Status - Explanation</h4>
+

+		<p>The following are the definitions for the Distribution Status.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>Released:</strong> The source dataset has been released and is available as a production dataset within PCGen.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>Pre-release:</strong> The source dataset is designated an 'Alpha' set and is available as a pre-release dataset within PCGen.</p>
+		<p class="indent1"><strong>Individual:</strong> The source dataset is designated an 'Alpha' set and is available by individual download from the PCGen website.</p>
