Description :
Problem: No easy solution to add spells from an index. The CHOOSER tag
erroneously requires the base class to possess spellcasting capability to draw
the spell from. This impacts tickets such as these where a non-caster class is
able to select n spells of x power to use y times. The only workaround is to
manually input each spell as a choice.
