PREREGION with multiple choices doesn't allow any of 
them to be valid.

If you put: PREREGION:Blah1,Blah2,Blah3

In PCGen it will show as "REGION:Blah1,Blah2,Blah3 
exactly 1" in the description window, but it
will be red. The only way to get multiple regions to work 
is to do a
PREMULT:1,[PREREGION:Blah1],[PREREGION:Blah2],
[PREREGION:Blah3]

This is actually a FREQ. As coded the tag works. This a 
request to augment functionality.

By the way, I tried it, and that still doesn't make it work.  
Then in the description window it just says:
"Requirements:REGION: 
1,Coryan,Altheria,Canceri,Milandir,Solanos Mor,Encali exactly 
1"
