The Complete Warrior is WotC closed content and cannot be added to 
PCGen, look for that at Code Monkey Publishing.

On the upside there is a Non Spell-Casting Ranger Variant in FFG's 
WildScape which is OGC and can be put in, I plan on doing that book 
when the Ranger bugs have been worked out.
