Summary: VFEAT not added when prerequisite are not meant

Initial Comment:
Using version 5.8, when choosing from a list of VFEAT
(for exemple when reaching 1st, 2nd or 6th level of
monk), the feat is not added to the character if the
prerequisite are not meant.
