Summary: Custom Item Creation Resistance Bonus bug.

Initial Comment:
When creating a custom item under the 3.5 SRD with a +2
resistance bonus, it adds the +2 bonus to all 3 saves,
but also adds an addition -2 penalty to both willpower
and reflex saves.

This is reflected on the htlm generated character sheets.

This is no matter what type of bonus is added.
This does not occur with the generic 'cloak of
resistance +2'.
Of course, the tag lines for the items are different,
though can not say if this is the issue.

This must have already been fixed as I can not replicate it.

I have tried creating:
Cloak with +5 resistance bonus
cloak with +2 resistance bonus
Cloak with +3 Insight bonus
+1 Club with +2 resistance bonus

All give the appropriate bonus to all saves and does not
give a - penalty anywhere.

I am marking this as "Works for me" if anyone can reproduce
it please resurect it and contact me.
