Initial Comment:
When the War domain is automatically assigned via the 
DOMAIN tag on a class level line, the chooser for the 
deity weapon pops, but the feats are not added to the 
PC.

If you remove the domain from the PC by deselecting it, 
then reselect it, then the feats populate and the 
bonuses are assigned.
