This requires unhardcoding the current encumbrance categories and making the formula for calculating encumbrance thresholds more flexible.</p> <p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:10px;; margin: 10px 0 0">To retain compatibility, I propose creating a new tag that will replace the old ENCUMBRANCE tag.
