I have a template/ability being applied when it shouldn't. Looking at the character I don't know why this is. I've altered the approach to see if it was PRERACE acting up, and it doesn't seem to be the case. So maybe it's an order of operation issue.

Here is the code in question:
IN order -
Step 1:
CATEGORY=Internal|Default.MOD ABILITY:Internal|AUTOMATIC|Assign Base Race Tracker|PRERACE:1,%|PRECLASS:1,ANY=1

Step 2:
Assign Base Race Tracker CATEGORY:Internal VISIBLE:NO TEMPLATE:Base Race Type

Step 3:
Base Race Type VISIBLE:YES TEMPLATE:CHOOSE:Base Race Type ~ Aberration|Base Race Type ~ Animal|Base Race Type ~ Construct|Base Race Type ~ Dragon|Base Race Type ~ Elemental|Base Race Type ~ Fey|Base Race Type ~ Giant|Base Race Type ~ Humanoid|Base Race Type ~ Magical Beast|Base Race Type ~ Monstrous Humanoid|Base Race Type ~ Ooze|Base Race Type ~ Outsider|Base Race Type ~ Plant|Base Race Type ~ Undead|Base Race Type ~ Vermin

EACH of those has a PRERACE to make the correct selection...

Step 4:
Base Race Type ~ Humanoid VISIBLE:YES ABILITY:Internal|AUTOMATIC|Augmented Humanoid|PREVAREQ:BaseRaceTypeUnchanged,1 DEFINE:BaseRaceTypeUnchanged|1 BONUS:VAR|BaseRaceTypeUnchanged|-1|PRERACE:1,RACETYPE=Humanoid PRERACE:1,RACETYPE=Humanoid

Step 5: ONLY if the Base Race is not matching...
Augmented Humanoid CATEGORY:Internal TYPE:AugmentedSubType.AugmentedSubTypeHumanoid TEMPLATE:RaceSubtype ~ Augmented Humanoid

Step 6:
RaceSubtype ~ Augmented Humanoid REMOVABLE:YES VISIBLE:YES RACESUBTYPE:Augmented Humanoid

The problem is step 5 and 6 are activated for a Base Race Humanoid (Just making a Human, Wizard level 1 shows up as an Augmented Humanoid on the troubleshooting sheet!)

This set up should work as is, but for some reason it's not. I can't see anything wrong data-wise, so a second set of eyes would be nice, and perhaps a code check up.

(I suspect this TEMPLATE application is a deep root issue as I was experiencing workaround needs when using an Ability to apply a template.)
