The skill also behaves oddly for adding skill points. The first point spent pops up the language selection dialog box but will not allow the selection of a language (says 0 choices available). Second point on the skill pops up the box and allows for 2 selections. Third rank in the skill pops up the dialog box with 3 more choices available (for a total of 5). The number of new choices seems to be equal to the current ranks of the skill as opposed to being incremented by only one along with the skill rank. I've also seen the removing of ranks cause it to behave oddly, but wanted to point out the adding ranks issue as well as it may help narrow down where in the code to specifically look.
