Creating 2 new characters on the bounce without closing & restarting PCGen does not behave correctly, at least as far as applying the Character Traits kit [in pfapg_kits_traits called up from pfapg_races_traits] goes.

The following example exposes the problem:

Correct behaviour
- New instance of PCGen
- PFCR & PFAPG only loaded
- Create a new (e.g.) Dwarf Fighter all 10s [I believe all race/class combos work fine]
- Feats & Abilities -> Traits correctly has No Traits added

Incorrect behaviour
- Close the character, but do not restart PCGen
- Create another new (e.g.) Dwarf Fighter all 10s [I believe all race/class combos fail to work, whether the same or different to Char 1 above]
- Feats & Abilities -> Traits does not have No Traits added

I'm sure I've noticed other oddities of this sort over the last few weeks playing about, but this one is to hand and seems repeatable.  There is an obvious workaround of restarting PCGen between working on different characters, but it's quite tedious :-)
