Initial entry done.  

One issue remaining is that of costing for items that contain EQMOD tags.  I have set the prices in the equipment files to what is shown in the book.  The EQMODs appear to modify this price and cause an erroneous price to be displayed/used in the UI.  I have started a FREQ discussion to try and remedy this.  No further action in regards to equipment pricing until the FREQ request is resolved.
