Bugs item #1253401, was opened at 2005-08-07 15:39 Message generated for change (Settings changed) made by karianna You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=384719&aid=1253401&group_id=25576 Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Installation and Environment Group: 5.8.0 Stable >Status: Deleted Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Adam Lang (adam_lang) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: On Mac: 'Cannot apply .MOD: PObject 'Foo' not found. Initial Comment: I noticed (after downloading and starting the install) that the readme says not to use the Mac installer on Mac OS X 10.4, so I just unpacked a zip file instead.) Now when I try to load the 3.5 advanced RSRD, I get an entire sockful of error messages: Cannot apply .MOD: PObject 'Foo' not found. 'file:/Applications/ Games/pcgen580/data/d20ogl/srd35/rsrd_feats.lst:###' Where foo is the name of any feat, starting with Acrobatic and ending with Widen Spell, and ### is, amusingly enough, one to three lines off of the actual rsrd_feats.lst entry for that feat. At first I thought that was why it was failing, but deleting a couple of lines just made the line number change, so that document is obviously the source, and it's looking for something else somewhere else. The non-'advanced' RSRD document works fine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Martijn Verburg (karianna) Date: 2005-09-03 04:21 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=252169 No reply from user in over 2 weeks, deleting - K ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Eddy Anthony (eddyanthony) Date: 2005-08-07 15:49 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=886893 The Partial sets all require the RSRD Basics set to be loaded with it. The RSRD under Complete loads everything so if you switch to that you should have no problems. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=384719&aid=1253401&group_id=25576 |
