Thanks Enyedi Szilard for version 0.2 that includes several functionality enhancements.
Version 0.2 has been used for AQTR 2004 at the following address:

PCChair, the conference paper submission mnagement system, has been released.

Ok, it is (very) late, but by January, when the code should have been released, the requirements were still changing and the code had to be adapted too often to release anything useful and permanent. Now that the submission process of the conference for which it was written (SSDBM 2002) is over, I release the source code for anybody to use.... read more

The project is currently under development and will be used to manage the SSDBM 2002 conference. The source code will be released in early January when the project reached beta status.
