#10 Available starting feats

Some feats can only be chosen at first level.
Realistically, not everyone should even be able to
choose them. There should be something that comes up
that says "can choose these feats". Choosing them
would obviously take one of their feats (nothing's free),
but only someone with "spellfire potential" would be able
to take the "spellfire weilder" feat, for instance.
