I have just created a PBI that basically installs codecs on the user's
computer. There is no executable, just libraries.

The PBC doesn't allow to create a PBI without adding at least one
executable. To force it, I added the 1st codec I found, as the
"executable", but I think adding a binary shouldn't be mandatory.

Not all PBIs are binaries, or at least, applications (in this case). I
had the same issue with the MS Fonts PBI...

What do you think?
