Fix boot menu for some partition types. Change DOS name to Windows for NTFS 
filesystem.

If someone want to boot Linux from extended partitions then use these 
partition numbers..

85 Linux extended partition
88 Linux plaintext partition table
8a Linux Kernel Partition (used by AiR-BOOT)
8e Linux Logical Volume Manager partition
93 Hidden Linux native partition


Maybe you have to change boot0 assembler code to boot em properly.
I am not a programmer (more than 10 years now) so this is beyound my 
competence.
