[Pcbsd-translations] Translations for 0.8.3

Ok guys / gals, got a new program which needs translation for 0.8.3.

This is the program which requests the 2nd Installation CD to load the 
KDE lang packs. You can create your translations with the "linguist" 
tool under PC-BSD or Linux.

Once you have created your new .ts file(s), upload it to our translation 
server.

Username: translation
Password: No password, just login

NOTE: Do not worry about any special tags in the translations, such as 
(sp) or (new line). Just do your translations like normal. If there are 
carriage returns, just hit "enter" like normal, no special codes needed. 
The software will take care of it for you.

Its also not too late to add a new translation to the OS as a whole. 
Please translate the PC-BSD 0.8 files, and upload them as well.
