I have a relatively simple program which runs repetively . On a laptop with Windows XP and GW Basic one pass thru takes about one second. With my personal computer with Windows 10 and PC-Basic, it takes around 14 seconds. Because it must run many times, this difference really eats up the time. Is this a known feature of PC-Basic or am I doing something wrong. Thanks for any ideas on the subject.

Hi, PC-BASIC is just slow - it's a known issue.
Thanks
