Hello, I noticed from forum posts that you are aiming for 100% compatibility with gw-basic. It seems like that is almost here now, so I was wondering what you plan to do with PC-BASIC after you acheive this goal?
Thanks,
Daniel

I don't personally have big plans with PC-BASIC from here on - there are a few bugs to fix and a number of smallish improvements to get closer to compatibility. My main aim at this point is to bring the development version to a level of stability that will allow it to take over from the main version. There are lots of would-be-nice ideas, but I'm not sure I will be the one implementing them, as at the moment I don't have the time to put into this project.
I plan to keep maintaining the program though, and address bugs and issues people report. Of course, it's all open source, so if someone comes around with big ideas and a willingness to dive into the codebase, they could take it further than that!
