Hi Alan,

this is what the --offset= parameter is used for.
You can set it to the radius of your isolation cutter to mill everything 
exactly as specified in your gerber file, but you will frequently want 
to set it to a higher value (double or more).
If there are contentions due to a high offset (e.g. between IC pins), 
the program warns you and temporarily reduces the milling offset.

I suggest you take a small testing gerber file and try different values 
for --offset so you see how it works.
