I'm happy to change the name to --multipass=X, but then I'm not certain
how the parameter should work. If multipass is set to zero should the
default path be generated or not? How would --extra-passes=X be? That
way the zero case is well defined (0 means that 0 extra passes are
generated, but the normal first pass is generated -- 1 would mean 1
extra path generated, for a total of two)? 

Or should it be --multipass=X where X defines the number of passes, so
zero means an empty milling file is generated? 

I'm not certain how to send you the patch, so I've attached the patch
for the drill-front change. If it does not make it through the email
list please let me know where to send it...

This change only affects the drilling, not the cutting, so it may not be
useful to anyone else.
