Log Message:
Teach the GTK HID how to trap certain hotkeys which gtk usually captures for
its own use.  This lets PCB use the arrow keys and the tab key again.  So
restore the hotkey for flipping sides in the menu resource file.  Start on the
Cursor() action which is needed for the arrow keys.  That part is not done yet.
