add 60 members of the Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package family.  Based on
package drawings downloaded from www.maxim-ic.com and Intersil technical
brief TB389.1 "PCB Land Pattern Desugn and Surface Mount Guidelines for
QFN (MLFP) Packages".
