Components on the solder layer

I know this question was asked, but the poster found his own solution so I'll ask:

I'm creating a simple 2 layer pcb but I need surface mount components on both sides of the board. When I <tab> to flip the board to the back side, even with the solder layer active, placing a component always results in the component being placed on the component layer.

So, the question is: How do I place a component from the library to the solder layer?!

Tab is supposed to do the right thing, but you can also use the 'b' key to move an element to the other side of the board.

What version of pcb are you using?

Thanks, 'b' did the trick. I didn't see that hot key in the manual. I am using version 20080202 on openSuSE 11.0
