For some reason when I try to export postscript (File -> Export Layout -> ps) upon inspection of the resultant postscript file with ghostview shows an extremely low resolution export. When I try printing them, it also is of very low quality. Is there a way to increase the resolution on this?
I don't recall this being an issue before, I've used pcb for years and perhaps an older version I was able to extract high resolution printouts.
(My PCB fab method: homemade / toner resist.)
I found the problem, this is not a bug. Turns out that ghostview was "antialiasing" this improperly. Printing the layout directly from the file (with antialiasing turned off) fixed the problem.
I thought there was something fishy going on as ps should be vector despite at the end of the day layouts need to be rasterized somewhere...
