pcapsipdump is too good not to be included in the official repositories :)
In order to make that happen 1st step would be to improve .deb packages - currently 'lintian' report some errors and warnings which should be fixed before trying to push into debian/ubuntu repo.
debian/ is a contributed part. patches are welcome.
