Simple PC-IR Remote Control (vb) / News: Recent posts

Just got back from my vacation, to find many positive feedbacks about the project in my inbox. Together with some new developers joining the project, I hope to have a new version closed in the next couple of days, starting to close in towards a stable version with multi-system support.
New task lists to be prepared by August 24.

For the next few months the project will be put on hold, as I am going on vacation and other developers are not yet active in the project. Developers wishing to join the project will still be able to do this. Be in touch with me (odednoam@users.sourceforge.net) for info.

The Simple Remote project currently controls only one stereo system (mine). In version 1.0, I hope to make it work on any stereo. If you are interested in controlling your stereo, contact me. Help is needed mainly for programming, but also for testing and designing, so anyone can help.

The first version is actually the original Remote control and MD titler/autorecorder written by Oded Noam. It supports only Sony CMT-MD1 stereo system.
