Adobe stopped supporting Active X. Now I'm getting an error message when I open PC EQ. Will there be an update soon to fix this issue?

    As a "temporary solution":
FIX for Missing Adobe Flash ActiveX Control:
this fix allows you to run Flash in Internet Explorer as well as in alot of desktop apps that embed the ActiveX control.
    1- download this file:
    https://web.archive.org/web/20210000000000id_/https://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_ax.exe
2- right click on downloaded file, Properties -> Compatibility -> Compatibility mode
check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows 7" and Apply .
    3- Now install and done.

I'm working on a new version, also working on a web page www.pcequalizer.com.
