Hi and best sound I've been able to get since 2000 with a Creative Soundblaster, I am really pleased with this tool so thank you.
Is there a way I can get it to stop preventing hibernation without fully closing the UI?

A hibernation was tested on various devices while pc-eq in tray and was completely done without any delay or prevention.
I have exactly the same problem as you described with powercfg displaying similar results and preventing Win 10 from sleeping. Did you find a fix for this?
Try to disable the minimize to system tray option.
Thanks for your reply, but your suggestion didn't solve the problem. There
must be a way or a tweak to allow sleep while PC Equaliser is running. If
not, I have to decided which element is of most value to me - sleep or eq

#4Try to reinstall pc eq, the current version was reuploaded about one month later after the first one.
The first upload was repeatly opens an URL "inside the software", this considered as puerposless behavior, and it was a mistake that I didn't upload it as a new version, (the url is the pc eq website).
I think if redownload the same later version the issue will be fixed.
Thanks for this information.
I'll try a reinstall with the latest version of PC EQ
Kind regards
Dave
