Update your anti-virus software! The issue may sometimes solve itself after an update.
Change your anti-virus.
If you do not want to change your anti-virus, you can simply disable the "real time protection" temporary and Install PC Equalizer and Re-enable it again.

I uploaded the latest version 1.3.1.9 to VirusTotal website, The file was checked and scanned with over 60 different anti-virus programs, and the result was 3 as threat and 62 as clean.

Also I have tested all extracted files separately and all files were clean.
