[Pbwebgui-development] The new nav system

Hi,

So I think I'm finished with the new page tree system. I've tested 
almost everything, at least the page move/cut/paste/add stuff and the 
caching. Also Ikno for sure that the pedigree method works. What's left 
to test are the other nav methods (although sisters and those kind of 
method do work, as far as i know). Tomorrow I'll send a more detailed 
mail. But for now I'm gonna have a beer and go to bed. Don't be 
disappointed, though, to wet your appetite I attach the new Page.pm and 
Navigation.pm files and a ajacency list to nested set conversion script. 
Note that you need the old WebGUI::Page to run the conversion, so first 
run the conversion script, and then overwrite Page.pm

BTW. I added the inCurrentRoot parameter from Len's HolyMenu to the 
navigation properties by the way.
