Just uploaded the tarball for v0.2.0 which is a complete rewrite. It's still pre-alpha and it's incomplete, but it does function at a basal level. From here on out when I make significant changes I'll update the versioning to keep it in sync. Sub-versions of different modules can operate freely, but major and minor versions will be kept in sync across all modules and programs.

It's still very much a pre-alpha, but v0.1.0 of pbwdm-static.pl is now available for developers' consumption. From src/ run `./configure.pl && make pbmodwdm` then you should be able to run `./pbwdm-static.pl $file` where $file is a Perl file constructing a PBWDM::Site object $Root.
