#20 Some favicons can't be read correctly
Example :
http://ccmixter.org/
File favicon.ico exists, but wxRuby, Windows and Gimp can't read it.
However, FireFox is able to retrieve a favicon from this website (don't know though if it reads the favicon.ico file or another one).
Needs more investigation.
