pbbuttonsd patches

Matthias,

I've been looking through existing packages of pbbuttonsd and came
across Mandriva RPMs. They carry some patches with script fixes. I don't
know if they were brought to your attention because they are rather old.

Changelog for haldaemon:
- add modified patch from Ubuntu to stop/start haldaemon at sleep
- update: be sure hal is down before sleeping (still looking for kernel
fix...)

Changelog for laptopmode_supermount: 
- ignore remounting of supermounted devices (if you're supermounting
ext3/reiser/xfs you are not be able to use laptop-mode to its fullest
extend)

apm-compat patch:
test returns always true

First and second one could probably considered distribution specific.
The last one should have been really gone upstream.
