[PATCH] adds a forcesleep option to ACPI

[PaulTT <pa...@gm...>]

added a forcing sleep option in ACPI module, and implements
(experimental) sleep.

the code used  to put the machine  to sleep is the same as in uswsusp
package (s2ram program)
