"I've set a timeout for the automatic display dimming,
and I noticed that moving
(or clicking with) an external USB mouse does not reset
the timeout, and it is
considered idle time by pbbuttonsd. This is rather
annoying especially while
reading a long document, because the normal mouse
action does not prevent the
dimming and the reading is interrupted."

On my iBook G4, the recent version (0.7.1) does not
provide dimming at all (the comment says "only on
AlBooks", and powerprefs disabled the option), so I
cannot test it. This also seems to be a bug since
dimming worked fine with earlier releases on my iBook.
