Not sure whether this is a pbbuttonsd or directly a
kernel issue.
When waking up from sleep, the LCD brightness is always
set at its lowest level, even if it was higher before
going to sleep. Playing with the Brightness+/- keys
re-sets it to the correct value +/- 1 (iBook G4,
gtkpbbuttons started), but it should be restored to the
correct value at wake up time shouldn't it ?

Could you tell me which version of following programs you use?

    • pbbuttonsd
    • kernel

I think this problem is caused by both: the kernel and
pbbuttonsd. The kernel changed the brightness level after
    awake and pbbuttonsd didn't care.

For further information, please write to the pbbuttons
    mailinglist

    Best Regards
    Matthias
