#1 Does not properly display deprecated local resources
At times there are resources that were available on a server list that a client has downloaded. When the server deletes that file for some reason (ie, replaced by a different file), the file is left on the client.
The client code knows that the file still exists locally. It also knows that the file no longer exists at a server. It does not have a method by which to display this to the end user to determine if it should be removed from the client machine.
