m4pie.py - Failure when running mapping step "Jelly.py mapping Protocol.xml"

Dear PBJELLY2 Users:

I am getting the following error when PBJELLY2 is running m4pie.py,

"Bad Fastq File: Last attempted entry = m160907_002838_42146_c101100552550000001823258204261771_s1_p0/98164/2542_21166 RQ=0.893"

Looks like BLASR step started and finished successfully.

Any thoughts/comments on how to get around this issue would be greatly appreciated!

You have a space in the fastq entry's name. Try taking that out.
