[Paypal-tools-users] 1.0b5 Status

I'm working on getting 1.0b5 out, but I'm having problems getting the  
BouncyCastle stuff working on OS X 10.4.  Express Checkout is a much  
better integration method, and I haven't touched the code, so it
should be ok.  It's definitely going to get tested before 1.0 final  
is released.
