#2 Content Filtering for Text Pages

The content for text pages should be filtered by scoring
particular words/phrases. Positive scores should be
given to inappropriate words/phrases and negative
scores should be assigned to words/phrases that relate
to appropriate pages.

A threshold should be set, which will block a page from
being returned if the score for a text page exceeds the
defined threshold.
